Ken started his career at an international furniture manufacturing company.  As a fluent bilingual with business acumen, he was stationed in Shanghai, China for two years.  Some time after returning home, he started working part-time as a real estate sales agent. It didn’t take long until real estate business became his focus and passion.  Ken’s expertise lies in client relations, sales and marketing, and administration. As for leisure activities, he loves to snowboard, play guitar, and go on camping trips with his dog.

Nick Wing

Nick began his real estate career working as a project manager and shortly thereafter the business development officer of a prominent real estate investing firm.  After successfully completing hundreds of rehabilitation and development transactions, Nick was introduced into the origination and funding of trust deed investments.  Nick and Work Realty collaborated in extending the company into real estate investments. Nick’s a graduate of the University of La Verne with a business degree.  He’s also an avid golfer and an inspired traveler.
