How We Analyze a Potential Deal

Analyzing the deal is the most important aspect when funding a new loan. Starting with an accurate value, we run a project pro forma in order to verify that each loan we provide has the best probability for success. Using criteria established over many years of analyzing property values, we provide a broker’s price opinion.

The Transaction Process

Borrower makes a request for a quote from the lender.  Each lender may have its own submission form requesting information they will need to better understand the project.
Lender gets the value of the subject collateral and sends an informal estimate of loan amount, pricing and terms to borrower.
Once the loan proposal is accepted by the borrower, the borrower will need to provide personal information, entity information (if applicable), and information regarding the transaction.
Borrower and Escrow fulfill all conditions of the lender before the lender issues loan documents.  Escrow fulfills all prior to funding conditions.
Lender funds the transaction.  Escrow and title work to record and confirm the transaction as closed.
